Upon payment of any applicable subscription fees, ARCTOS Group, LLC will grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licenses to access and use the subscription services for the term set forth. You may not provide access to the subscription services to any third party, or use the subscription services on behalf of any third party absent our written consent. You will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing your use of the subscription services including any data protection or privacy laws. In the event you need to cancel your subscription, you are required to contact us via our official communication channels as indicated on our website.
ARCTOS Group, LLC desires to ensure you get quality and satisfactory services therefore we are offering unlimited revisions and requests. However, ARCTOS Group, LLC will only deal with the unlimited revisions and requests one at a time. ARCTOS Group, LLC will provide you with due dates which will be informed by the complexity of your business nature.
ARCTOS Group, LLC does not issue refunds upon the lapse of seven (7) days from the date of your subscription and/or after commencing work on your project. You are free to request for a refund without any justification before the lapse of seven (7) days by contacting us via our official communication channels available on our website. ARCTOS Group, LLC will also issue refunds in exceptional circumstances where the nature of the task is not within its purview of specialty.
